About Trans-Tec Machine

TRANS-TEC MACHINE has been in the machining and manufacturing business since 1973, owned and operated by George R. Ritchey.  The key personnel have been on our staff for most of our firm's existence.  Our record for machining and fabricating energy, aerospace, and medical components; maintenance and equipment repair is exceptional.

This is based on our dedication to deliver a quality product on time at a reasonable cost. Our finished products reflect a management philosophy of a desire to satisfy the needs of our customers.  Rush jobs and turnarounds are our specialty.

No job is too small or too large for us to quote on.

Trans-Tec has extensive background in the machining of both aerospace hardware and energy field components. We have also performed fabrication in the medical and computer fields. Included in our aerospace experience was work on EV Hardware since the 1978 STS-1 Mission (the first shuttle flight).

Numerous components were fabricated for satellite recovery projects such as Solar Max and Palapa Westar.  A Quality Control Manual has been designed by Trans-Tec to show the systems and procedures used to assure that accurate records of quality maintenance will be kept to verify the control of quality of its work.

Over the past 37+ years we have had and still maintain a good working relationship with several well known customers such as the following.

Hamilton Sunstrand
United Space Alliance
