As a leading manufacturer we regularly provide finished assembled products for the Aerospace and Energy Industries. Our precision CNC machining capabilities are complimented by our substantial EDM department that can produce complex geometry un-attainable with conventional CNC machines.
Our staff has been extensively trained through a close collaboration with Nasa contractors In the correct procedures for welding, riveting, coating and general assembly of Aerospace Projects and Flight Safety components. All of which is completed in our dedicated Clean assembly room here at the facility.
You can depend on our experienced staff to work with buyers/engineers in a collaborative manner. TTM regularly fabricates and assembles tools for the ISS space station and airlock. We can help you with welding, coating, fastening and testing of said components as well as the accompanying quality documents , certifications and procedures necessary to meet your requirements.
